Louis and Heather Merz
A husband and wife team whose passion is coffee. Our goal is to create an exceptional cup of coffee which is smooth and full of flavor. It starts by ordering high quality green coffee which is then roasted carefully by hand to bring out the optimal flavors of the coffee. Unlike stale supermarket coffees which are often months old, we roast each batch fresh to order. We purchase highly rated green coffee beans from micro-lots, small family farms and organic farmers.

The Perfect Roast
We use a full city roast for most of our coffees, this brings out the optimal flavors of the coffee without causing it to taste bitter or burned. Each coffee is roasted carefully by hand in small batches to ensure the best possible roast profile for each coffee. -
